Yoga for Children

Yoga for children supports the mental and physical development of your child. The children like to play with their bodies, their breath and experience with how they feel in a certain asana. Through yoga they can become more flexible, increase their concentration and their endurance. This is why yoga for children is a very good way to help your children during a stressful time.
